The Pink Ribbon Cup Raceday has become Australia’s largest community-led fundraiser for the National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF), united by one mission: to help fund world-class research and drive toward zero deaths from breast cancer. Born from a single Gold Coast event, the Raceday has since raised more than $2 million for critical research and now stands as a flagship occasion embraced by racing clubs across Queensland.

 

This growth reflects the strength and determination of the Gold Coast community, business partners, and the passionate volunteer committee led by founder and two-time breast cancer survivor, Robyn Cameron, who was recently named the 2025 Gold Coast Australian of the Year. Crowds now exceed 5,000 racegoers annually, and in 2020 the event was elevated to Metropolitan Raceday status, significantly increasing profile, reach and racing prestige.

 

Today, the Pink Ribbon Cup Raceday is more than an event; it is a collective fight. Every entry ticket sold, every raffle ticket bought, every supporting partner and sponsor contribute to research that saves lives.
