Introducing our 'village' of raceday sponsors

Updated: Sep 4, 2023

We all know the saying that "it takes a village to raise a child” conveying that it takes many people to do so, but it is more than just a saying about child-rearing. It is evidence of the power of community and shared effort.

The support and shared effort we receive from the community and our raceday sponsors is truly humbling.

In 2023, we of course, welcomed back naming rights partner of the 16th annual Pink Ribbon Cup, Coastal Demolitions & Asbestos Removal and together with raceday sponsor Sky Racing both are a major contributor to our fundraising efforts.

Local accounting, financial planning, and finance broking firm Simmons Livingstone & Associates are a long time sponsor of the raceday and Katie from Simmons Livingstone & Associates explains why.

"We here at Simmons Livingstone & Associates are honoured to be part of this incredible initiative spearheaded by Robyn and her dedicated team, who pour their hearts into making it a resounding success year after year".

She added "The Pink Ribbon Cup Raceday is more than just a sponsorship for us; it is a chance to unite with the community, celebrate the resilience of survivors, and remember those we have lost. We are thrilled to participate in this fabulous event again this year, knowing that every dollar raised brings us one step closer to making a lasting impact in the fight against breast cancer"

Derek, Stacy, Alana and the team at Cronin Miller Litigation are passionate about supporting the Gold Coast Community and charities close to their hearts, which includes fundraising for breast cancer awareness. Stacey shared that

"With statistical proof that research is making a huge difference on the survival rate of women diagnosed with breast cancer, Cronin Miller Litigation is very proud to assist our amazing local volunteer organisers of the Pink Ribbon Cup Race Day in their ongoing endeavours to raise those vital funds for research"

K2 Law lawyers are experienced and innovative professionals, who are driven by delivering high quality advice to their clients with a personalised professional service. They are also a valued sponsor of our event. K2 Law's Sarah said

"Members at K2 Law have personally been affected by breast cancer. We therefore feel very passionate about supporting the Pink Ribbon Cup Raceday to raise money for further research"

Fourth generation award-winning family business, The Amalgamated Group joined our stable of raceday sponsors and owner, Darrick Poletto says

"We support this day, because every one knows someone who has been impacted by this terrible disease".

Last, but certainly not least are Gold Coast experienced family lawyers, Quinn Family Law who are passionate about supporting local families and individuals in circumstances that can be traumatic, stressful and confusing. Their expert family law solicitors strive to provide pragmatic, yet comprehensive and tailored advice that is focused on early resolution. Clare Quins says

"The QFL team is proud to again support the Pink Ribbon Cup Raceday and its contribution to the National Breast Cancer Foundation in 2023. By supporting the NBCF, we hope to help save lives, advance research, and provide assistance to individuals and families affected by breast cancer. Together, we can make a meaningful difference in the fight against breast cancer and the goal of zero deaths"

Thank you to all our sponsors. We look forward to thanking you in person at our 16th annual Sky Racing Pink Ribbon Raceday, featuring the Coastal Demolitions Pink Ribbon Cup, Saturday September 16, 2023.
